Make beautiful jewelry with instruction from a working artist. They will guide you to shape, polish, solder, pierce, etch and embellish jewelry in copper and brass. Hollow forms, stone settings, stone inlay, repousse and reticulation will also be introduced.

Do you need some extra time in the Jewelry and Metals Studio? Stop by for open studio time on Wednesday evenings! Only adult students taking a jewelry and metals class during the Spring Session may sign up for these sessions. Open studio time does not include instruction. (10 class pass is like a "punch card". Pass can be used during two consecutive sessions, beginning with the session in which it was purchased. Passes may not roll over following the second session.)

Enameling is the process of fusing glass onto metal. Enamels are available in a rainbow of colors. Students are introduced to the principles of metal preparation, enamel application and finishing processes. All levels welcome!
