Istvan Akos Morocz Exhibits "Dialogues" Black & White Series

[back to Exhibitions]

October 5 through November 10, 2009

The Brookline Arts Center is proud to exhibit "Dialogues," Black and White photographs by Brookline photographer Istvan Akos Morocz, from October 5 through November 10, 2009. Istvan's work brings a humanistic interest in the distance between us, and our tentative moves toward communication

Meet Istvan at a Photo Disussion salon on Friday, October 23rd, from 6:30 to 8:30 in the Brookline Arts Center. Istvan will discuss some of the artworks on view.

The Photo Salon is free and open to the public. Attendees who are photographers are encouraged to bring portfolio samples of their work to share with the group. This event is suitable for photographers at all skill levels, as well as non-photographers who are just interested in learning more. Photos may be in hard copy form, either framed or unframed, or in digital form. (Though there is no digital projector available: please bring your own laptop in order to share work with the group.

Exhibition hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Admission is free. The Brookline Arts Center is located at 86 Monmouth Street in Brookline, one block from the St. Mary's stop on the MBTA Green line. For more information, call 617-566-5715 or www.brooklineartscenter.com.
